Ahern Deputy Chief Chelmsford Police Department 2 Olde North Road Chelmsford, MA O1 824 Dear Deputy Chief Ahern: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the response of the Chelmsford Police Department (Department) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested: 1. Price quotes and invoices which identify charges for painting and lettering applied to Department vehicles #2 and #4; 2. All specifications and instructions provided to applicable vendors regarding painting and lettering applied to Department vehicles #2 and #4; 3. Records identifying the font names of all lettering ( excluding lettering applied as part of any seal, emblem, or insignia) applied to Department vehicles #2 and #4.
