G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on April 24,2018 Mr. Quaglia requested "all records -- in your custody that relate to me, Joshua Quaglia" including certain categories of records. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Quaglia's request with a response sent on May 8,2018 . Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of Office's lack of a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
