Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records

May 18, 2018 SPR18/682 Lisa Riccobene Chief of Staff Office of the Chief Examiner 720 Albany Street

Boston, MA 02118 Dear Lisa Riccobene:

I have received the petition of Emory Snell appealing the nonresponse of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Snell requested the curriculum vite of an identified individual.

Upon review of this matter, it appears the issues raised in this appeal are similar to those addressed in SPR18/617. See SPR18/617 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 4, 2018). In my May 4™ Determination, | closed SPR18/617 under the basis that the Office provided Mr. Snell a response dated May 4, 2018. In light of the similarities between SPR18/617 and the present appeal, my May 4" determination shall serve as the determination for SPR18/682 as well.

Sincerely,

Rebecca S. Murray

Supervisor of Records
