G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 23, 2018, Mr. Silva requested various records pertaining to a specifically identified program in the Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division responded to Mr. Silva's request in September of 2017, March of 2018, and again on April 17, 2018. The Department also supplied 1'v1r. Silva with another response dated May 23, 2018 that reiterates this. Vlhereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of Department's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
