G. L. c. 66, § 10A; 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 16,2018, Ms. Durltin Richer requested various records pertaining to excessive use of force records. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division responded to Ms. Durkin Richer's request on May 18,2018 providing her with the records. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of Department's failure to provide the responsive records within the indicated timeframe by the Department, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
