The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 21, 2018 SPR18/720 Michele M. Heffernan Deputy General Counsel Human Resources Division One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Heffernan: I have received the petition of Matthew Rocheleau appealing the nomesponse of the Human Resources Division (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 20, 2018, Mr. Rocheleau requested various records pertaining to a specifically identified bargaining agreement. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division responded to l\1r. Rocheleau' s request on May 18, 2018. \Vhereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of Division's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of Division's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
