Murray Supervisor of Records June 1,2018 SPRl81730 Matthew Basarir Hampden Charter School of Science 20 Johnson Rd Chicopee, 0 1022 Dear Matthew Basarir: I have received the petition of Nancy Grossman appealing the non-response of the Hampden Charter School of Science (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; -see -also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Grossman requested various documents concerning the School's financial statements, budget, and employee salaries. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Ms. Grossman records responsive to her request on May 3 1, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Grossman may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
