G. L. 5 c. 66, l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.0861). Specifically, on May 4,201 8, Mr. Glam requested \7zious reports and audits concerning the Department's 201 O MOU. It is my understanding that the Department has been made aware of this request and intends to provide a response. Order Accordingly. the Department is hereby ordered to provide hk.G laun with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations witl~oudt elay.
