Senos City of Gloucester 9 Dale Ave. Gloucester, MA 01930 Dear Joanne Senos: I have received the petition of Jeff Brown appealing the nonresponse of the City of Gloucester (City) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 3 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Brown requested records pertaining to the "Dogtown Advisory Committee." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Brown records responsive to his request on May 3 1,201 8. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
