Kearnan Massachusetts Treatment Center 30 Administration Road Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Mr. Dean: I have received the petition of Gordon John Dean appealing the nomesponse of the Massachusetts Treatment Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dean requested records regarding a specifically identified Center employee. Having received no response, Mr. Dean petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified by Mr. Dean that a response was provided, received on May 24, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Center's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
