G. L. c. 66. $ 10A; see also 950 Ch4.R. 32.08(1). Specifically. Mr. Leder requesred docments concerning the School's music program and instrument rentals. Subsequent to the inten~entionb y a staff member of the Public Records Division- I learned that the School provided Mr. Leder a response dated May 29, 201 8. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Leder may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
