G. L. c. 66, 5 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Simpson requested any settlements or other legal agreements resulting from or related to a specific fund transfer described in meeting minutes. Having received no response, Mr. Simpson petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Simpson notified this office that the Town provided a response. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
