G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Tuttle requested records regarding inmate clothing items. The Office provided a response; however, Mr. Tuttle petitioned this office seeking further information. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a further response was provided, dated May 3 1,201 8.
