The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wuliam Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 5, 2018 SPR17/768 Ms. Ellen Grieco Wayland, Town of - School Committee 41 Cochituate Road Wayland, MA 01778 Dear Ms. Elen Grieco: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Wayland School Committee to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Corey Spaulding requested “...all minutes of school committee meetings that record the approval of grants from 2015 to present” and “...all cancelled checks of grants made to Wayland School Department.” Having received no response, Corey Spaulding petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I Jearned that the Wayland School Committee responded to Corey Spaulding request with a response sent on April 6, 2018. Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the Wayland School Comunittee failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Corey Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the Wayland School Committee response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32 2.08(1). Sincerely Alnecn Munnay- Rebecca S.
