Specifically, in a le~edra ted April 16 .20 18 , Mr. Dreslinski requested various records concerning the arrest of an identified individual and the shooting of a suspect allegedly involved in the death of a police officer. I have learned that the Office did not receive a copy of Mr. Dreslinski's request prior to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division. Further, it is my understanding that the Office is now a~rareo f Mr. Dreslinski's request and intends to provide a response. Order Accordingly. the Office is hereby ordered to provide h4r. Drestinski with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
