G. L. c. 66, 5 l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in a letter dated April 29, 201 8, Mr. Dreslinski requested public statements and presslmedia releases concerning the arrest of an identified individual. I have learned that the Office did not receive a copy of Mr. Dreslinski's request prior to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division. Further, it is my understanding that the Office is now aware of Mr. Dreslinski's request and intends to provide a response. Order Accordingly, the Office is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Dreslinski with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
