McQuaid, CPA Norwood Town Clerk 566 Washington Street, Room 27 Norwood, MA 02062 Dear Thomas McQuaid: I have received the petition of Christopher Donovan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Norwood (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Donovan requested various categories ofrecords concerning the Norwood Airport Commission. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Donovan a response dated June 5, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Donovan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
