G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on April 28, 2018, Mr. Scesny requested various crime scene records. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding the Office has not provided a written response or records. Subsequent to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division I learned that the Office was provided a copy of Mr. Scesny's request. Order Accordingly, the Office is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Scesny with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
