Tivnan Drive West Boylston, MA 01583 Dear Ms. Cook: I have received the petition of Luis Alers appealing the response of the Worcester County Sheriffs Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A: see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Luis Alers requested records related to a Nowember 15, 2017 incident. The Office provided a response to Mr. Alers” request on May 8, 2018. withholding the requested records pursuant to Exemptions (c), (f}, and (n). Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Alers petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent ta intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, | learned that the Office 1s no longer withholding the responsive records, and provided them to Mr. Alers in a response dated June 14, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Alers may appeal the substantive nature of Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
