M.4 02 108 Dear Michelle Eumt7ell I have recerved the petrticrn of Jokm Rousseau appealmg the nsnresponse of the Executive Office of Technical Servrces and Secttr~tles( EOTSS) to a request for public records. G.L . c. 66. 5 10A. see also 950 C.M.R 32.08(1) Spec~fioalJyM. r. Roersseau requested "bandwidth usage for the D .O.C staff computers at the Old Col onji Minimum Unit A, B & C building." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division. I learned that the EOTSS provided Mr. Rousseau a response relating to his request. Accordingly. I miill now consider this admii7_6strativea ppeal closed. h4r. Rousseau may appeal the substantive nature- of the EOTSS's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
