G. L c. 66, § 1O (A): see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on April 20, 2018, Mr. Ainooson requested various categories of records concerning the conduct of the Department's staff members. As of the date of this Jetter, it is my understanding that the Depa,rtment has not provided Jv1r. Ainooson a response or records. Subsequent to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department is aware of Mr. Ainooson' s appeal and is working on a response. Order Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Ainooson with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Lavv· and its Regulations without delay.
