Murrav Supen>isor ofR ecords June25,2018 SPR18/863 Patricia Snow Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, JVlA 01757 Dear Patricia Snow: 1 have received correspondence from Justice Ainooson appealjng the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § 1O (A): see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on April 20, 2018, Mr. Ainooson requested various categories of records concerning the conduct of the Department's staff members. As of the date of this Jetter, it is my understanding that the Depa,rtment has not provided Jv1r. Ainooson a response or records. Subsequent to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department is aware of Mr. Ainooson' s appeal and is working on a response. Order Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Ainooson with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Lavv· and its Regulations without delay.
