G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Andrade requested records regarding a certain Authority property. Having received no response, Attorney Andrade petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided a copy of the response on June 26, 2018. The Authority notified this office that a copy of the same would be provided to Attorney Andrade. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
