Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3510 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Adam Vaccaro appealing the response of the Massachusetts Department of Transpmtation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § lOA: see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Vaccaro requested various emaiJs between August 2015 and November 2015 concerning an identified individual, in addition to their job description and any perfonnance review conducted. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, 1 learned that the Department provided Mr. Vaccaro a response dated June 25, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Vaccaro may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
