The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor o(R ecords June 19, 2018 SPR18/886 Capt. Joseph Compercmo Weymouth Police Department 140 Winter Street Weymouth, MA 02188 Dear Capt. Comperchio: I have received the petition of Andrew Mclsaac appealing the response of the Weymouth Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Mclsaac requested "Massachusetts Uniform Citation T07 463 3 5 (issued on 6/11/2018 by Police Officer 3 891) and Officer ·s Notes for Test(fying in Court associated with said citation." The Department provided a response to Mr. Mclsaac's request on June 15, 2018, mistakenly providing him with a copy of Massachusetts Uniform Citation T0746390. Unsatisfied with the Department's response, Mr. Mclsaac petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mclsaac with the correct Uniform Citation on June 19, 2018. Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the Department's failure to provide the requested records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
