Nathaniel Mulcahy appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mulcahy requested"[ c Jopies of all referrals to court (as required in the OTC) mentioned in Lorraine Simbliaris' May 8. 2018 email to Mr. D Nathaniel Mulcahy." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mulcahy a response dated June 15, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mulcahy may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
