G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 5, 2018, Mr. Saklad requested" ... a list of any and all mailing lists and email lists from our State Library of Massachusetts." Having received no response, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff attorney, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 28, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Library's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
