G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carito requested "Barletta Heavy Division Casey Arborway Schedule Update Narrative (UP25), Draft and Final. MassDOT Owner's Representative Monthly Report, author Paul J. Tyrell, P.E., for May 2018." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Carito petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Accordingly, the MassDOT is hereby ordered to review the request made by Ms. Carito and provide a written response to Ms. Carito, made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten (1 0) business days. This administrative appeal is now closed. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
