Office of the General Counsel Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 35 10 Boston, MA 021 16 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Heather Carito appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carito requested "Barletta Heavy Division Casey Arborway Schedule Update Narrative (UP25), Draft and Final. MassDOT Owner's Representative Monthly Report, author Paul J. Tyrell, P.E., for May 2018." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Carito petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Accordingly, the MassDOT is hereby ordered to review the request made by Ms. Carito and provide a written response to Ms. Carito, made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten (1 0) business days. This administrative appeal is now closed. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
