Assistant General Counsel Boston Public Health Commission 10 10 Massachusetts Avenue. 6th Floor Boston, MA 02 11 8 Dear Attorney Brown: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the response of the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC)t o a request for public records, 6.L . c. 66, 5 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.086 1). Specifically. Mr. Dreslinski requested "[all determination of the Massachusetts Supervlsok-o f Records (Determinations only) regarding public record appeal(s). 0 1- 0 1- 17 through 04-0 1- 1 8. " Unsatisfied 16th the response he had received from BPHC,h k. Dreslhnslu petitioned this office and ths appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the inteniention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that BPHC responded to Mr DresLinski's request with a response sent on July 1 1,2018 in which a representative waived all fees and provided se\reraB pages of records. As such. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantwe nature of rhe BPI-YC' s response w~thinn nner? (90) days.
