G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Johnson requested "a copy of the original Amended Complaint timely filed with the MCAD on February 29, 2016 in accordance with 804 CMR 1.10(6) and served upon the City of Boston on same (February 29, 2016)." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that MCAD intends on providing Mr. Johnson with a written response to his request. Said response must be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Johnson may appeal the substantive nature of the MCAD's response within ninety days.
