Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority 10 Park Plaza, Suite 7760 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Ciollo: I have received the petition of Collin Binkley appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O ,A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Binkley requested "Records detailing . ........ . .. ... anypa:ymentbyHarvardUniversitytQtheMBTA. sinceJan._L20.08''_and_~laJn-y_ _ agr.eemenL_ ···-·· _________________ _ between Harvard University and the MBTA related to the speed of Red Line trains." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority provided J\1r. Binkley a response dated July 13, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Binkley may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
