MAO 1730 Dear Mr. Laskey: I have received the petition of Edward Sinni appealing the non-response of the Town of Bedford Code Enforcement Depanment (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA: see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically. Mr. Sinni requested "all correspondence between your office (aka the Tmvn of Bedford) and Summit Health Club regarding the parking lot line painting,'· particularly '·the schedule of events to accomplish the line painting in a timely manner and consistent with Sum..i:nif s lawful responsibilities." Having received no response, Mr. Sinni. petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided. dated July 13, 2018. \Vbereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a ,:vritten response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
