G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records created or received by the Service regarding a specifically identified individual. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided to both requests dated July 3, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Service's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Service's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
