The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 23,2018 SPRl811003 Michael Pfifferling Business Administrator Wakefield Public Schools 60 Farm Street Wakefield, MA 0 1880 Dear Mr. Pfifferling: I have received the petition of Paul Leder appealing the nonresponse of the Wakefield Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Leder requested records concerning the evaluation of vendors and the number of students participating in a specific School program. Having received no response, Mr. Leder petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that the School has been in communication with Mr. Leder, that they are compiling the documents he requested and that a response would be provided within seven (7) days. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Leder may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. & 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
