Murray Supewisor of Records September 19,201 8 SPRl8/1008 Katie Icendall Director of Special Projects Office of the State Comptroller One Ashburton Place, 9th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Kendall: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack of the Boston Globe appealing the response of the Office of the Comptroller (Comptroller) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested earning records of two -- identified employees and information regarding state employees that are not included in the Comptroller's CTHRU database. Subsequent to the filing of this appeal, the Comptroller provided a supplemental response dated September 18, 201 8. Following this response, Mr. Wallack informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, u Rebecca S.
