L c. 66. § lOA: see also 950 C.M.R. l ). Specifically. Ms. requested ··documents containing inmate caHmg service (JCS) provider phone rates and sne comm1ss1on percentage(s), as well as the current comract for inmate calling service in correctional facilities in the county.,. '·any documents thar the number immigrant detainees cu;:-rently being held on behalf of immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security. and any documents showing the Average Daily Population for an::,.· period from January 1. 2018 to the present:· and ··any document shmving the amount of compensation the jail receives ICE per detainee per night and the contract under which the count: detainees on ICE' s behalf" Having received no response. Ms. Wilkinson petitioned thi5 office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 13. 2018. \\ nereas this matter was opened based upon the Office· s failure to provide a VvTitten response, I v.i11 now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. \Vilkinson may appeal the substantive narure of tbe Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
