Murray Supervisor of Records July 26, 201 8 SPR1.811042 Leanne Adams Abington Town Clerk 500 Gliniewicz Way Abington, MA 023 5 1 Dear Ms. Adams: I have received the petition of Kevin Blakeman appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Abington (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Blakeman requested records regarding an identified property. Having received no response, Mr. Blakeman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 25,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Blakeman may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, V Rebecca S.
