G. L c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.IVLR. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, on June 27. 2018, Mr. O'Connor requested various categories of records concerning Trooper Kurt Ferrazanni. As of the date of this letter. it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Mr. O'Connor a response or records. Order Accordingly. the Department is hereby ordered to provide Mr. O'Connor ,vith a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
