St. Pierre Salem Police Department 95 Margin Street Salem, MA 01970 Dear Chief St. Pierre, I have received the petition of Mr. Dreslinski appealing the non-response of the Salem Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested "[p]rice quote(s) and invoice(s) which identify charges (including any graphic design use or licensing fee) for painting and lettering applied to Department vehicle/unit #25 & #ESX," "[a]ll specifications and instructions provided to applicable vendor(s) regarding painting and lettering applied to Department vehicle/unit #25 & #ESX," and "[r]ecord(s) identifying the font name(s) of all lettering (excluding lettering applied as part of any seal, emblem or insignia) applied to Department vehicle/unit #25 & #ESX." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 27, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide an unsatisfactory response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
