The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords July31,2018 SPRlS/1081 Cindy Livingstone Office of the Town Clerk Town of Ashland 101 Main Street, 1st Floor Ashland, MA O1 721 Dear Ms. Livingstone: I have received the petition of Stephen J. Morgan appealing the response of the Town of Ashland (Town) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested draft minutes and "[a]ny plans or communication the town has in its files regarding" the Conservation Commission for their meeting held on July 9, 2018, including "documents used." Claiming to have not received all responsive records to his request, Mr. Morgan petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Morgan's request with the additional documents requested on July, 24, 2018. As such, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Stephen J.
