G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Chaput requested "regarding incident # 16-343-OF or # 16-69-WA . . . a copy of the video of the Malicious Destruction of Property referenced at the end of Officer Smith's Narrative" and "regarding ARR # 18-5 1-AR . . . a copy of the Suicide Evaluation Form populated in its entirety as well as a copy of a blank Suicide Evaluation Form populated in its - . . ircty." Whereas this matter was opened based upon Ms. Marcinkewich not being satisfied by the Department's previous response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
