G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested "a list of all litigation in which the Town of Great Barrington is involved and what court it is in. . . ." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town is working to compile the requested records and intends on providing Ms. Mooney with responsive records by August 10,2018. Said response must be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations without delay. See G. L. c. 66, 5 10(a). It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
