Collins & Associates 47 Memorial Drive Shrewsbury, MA 01 545 Dear Attorney Collins: I have received the petitions of Aimee Henderson appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Granby (Town) to her requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Henderson requested records regarding specifically identified Town employees. Having received no response, Ms. Henderson petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 8,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Henderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, v Rebecca S.
