City of Waltham — Law Department 119 School Street Waltham, MA 02451 Dear Attorney Stanton: I have received the petition of G. Emil Ward appealing the nonresponse of the City of Waltham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ward requested documents that are “in possession of the City of Waltham’s Building Department and/or the City of Waltham’s Wires Department.” Having received no response, Mr. Ward petitioned this office. Accordingly, whereas the City has indicated that it will provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provide said response in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its regulations within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. A liosea dalerea S.
