G. L. c. 66 § 10A; See also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on February 13,2018, Ms. Ducharme requested "[a]ll emails dated between January 1,201 5 to February 12,2018 ." Based on a conversation with a staff member of the Public Records Division, it is my understanding that the requestor and the University will communicate further so that the responsive records may be provided to the requestor. Please note, in accordance with the Public Records Law, custodians are expected to use their superior knowledge of the records in their custody to assist requestors in obtaining the desired information.
