The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords September 5, 2018 SPRlS/1273 Brian Goldman Detective Sargent Concord Police Department 219 Walden Street Concord, MA 01742 Dear Detective Goldman: I have received the petition of Edward P. Sinni, Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Concord Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sinni requested various categories of records concerning an encounter with the Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Sinni a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
