G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Houghton requested on August 8, 201 8 "copies of all emails" sent by the Mayor to the City Council President between July 2,201 8 to July 7, 201 8. Upon not receiving a response from the City, Ms. Houghton appealed to this office on August 24,201 8. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 24,201 8. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
