G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Goode requested "All records document related in whole or part from June 1, 2017 to June 1, 2018 with regards to the Massachusetts State Board of Registration in Nursing, Quincy College and The City of Quincy." Having received no response, Ms. Goode petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City has indicated that it will provide a response. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provide said response in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its regulations within ten business days.
