G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on July 10,2018, Attorney Monsell requested various categories of records concerning the School District's agreements and policies. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Attorney Monsell a response on August 29,2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Monsell may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
