G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on July 10,2018 , Attorney Monsell requested various categories of records concerning the School District's agreements and policies. I learned that the request did not reach the School's central office prior to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division. I was also informed that the School provided records responsive to Attorney Monsell's request via certified mail on August 30,201 8. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Monsell may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
