Murray Supervisor of Records September 6,201 8 SPR1811305 Brian O'Connell Business Manager Haverhill Public Schools 4 Summer Street, Room 104 Haverhill, MA 0 18 3 0 Dear Brian O'Connell: I have received the petition of Attorney Margaret Monsell appealing the nonresponse of the Haverhill Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 8 10A; see & 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on July 10 , 20 18 , Attorney Monsell requested various categories of records concerning the School's agreements and policies. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Attorney Monsell a response to her request. In her letter to this office dated September 6,2018 , Attorney Monsell writes, "as a result of receiving this information from Mr. O'Connell, we withdraw our appeal." Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Monsell may appeal the substantive name of the See School's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
